Monthly social media retainer fees are due beginning of the month before campaigns start running. All campaigns and marketing content will be put on hold until payment is received.

General:

Projects will commence on receiving the approved quote and 50% non-refundable deposit or 100% for quotes less than R1000.00. 70% Deposit for short notice and urgent commissions.

Not VAT Registered. All printed/electronic proofs and designs remain the property of Idea List Studio, until the amount is paid for in full. (Unless otherwise specified). The project commences on receiving the approved quote and 50% non-refundable deposit.

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Please be advised that costs are estimations and may be subject to change if the quoted hours are exceeded. Idea List Studio has a standard design fee of R450 per hour, all quotes include two (2) opportunities to make revisions, thereafter all changes will be charged at a minimum per hour rate of R450.

Idea List Studio does not take responsibility for any spelling or grammar mistakes and all proofs must be thoroughly overseen and approved by the client before any artwork can be sent for print/digital publication.

Idea List Studio retains rights and is permitted to display the work commissioned on our website portfolio, social media or in promotional publications. This includes all preparations, materials, visuals, sketches and electronic files.

Pause clause: If a client fails to provide Idea List Studio with the necessary feedback within 30 days of receiving work of any kind, the designer is no longer responsible for delivering the project within the specified timeline and has the right to implement a pause on the project. If the designer pauses the project, the client must pay a restart fee to continue the project again. This will require a new timeline and contract to be signed. The designer also reserves the right to not accept to restart the project if sufficient time has passed and the project timeline is no longer possible or does not align with the designer.

Hosting: No licenses or third-party software included. Prices include 2 weeks of free after-sales support to new hosting clients, limited to hosting packages, for set up and e-mail configuration only. The client must ensure that the necessary mailing software to receive and send emails is stalled and ready for email setup. Limited to Microsoft Outlook and Apple Mail. Free after-sales support does not apply to existing clients when renewing hosting contracts. Additional support will be charged at R350.00 per hour thereafter. Idea List Studio does not offer any additional IT services and can not assist with general software or hardware assistance. Please note that our hosting packages only include POP and IMAP email access methods. (IMAP and POP are two methods to access email. IMAP is the recommended method when you need to check your emails from several different devices, such as a phone, laptop, and tablet.) Microsoft Exchange emails can be quoted on request.
